FAQS

Frequently asked questions

Are these live, in-person concerts?

Yes! Each artist will be live in-person, performing a full set on stage in our parking lot. Amplified music and speakers will be set up throughout the event space. Large LED screens will be set-up to help improve the viewing experience so you can enjoy the show from your spot.

How many tickets do I need to purchase?

There is a ticket purchase limit of 1 ticket per person. The ticket entitles you to have 1 vehicle enter with up to 4 total people.

Can I transfer tickets to a friend?

Tickets are non-transferrable and can only be scanned once. Your party must arrive in the same vehicle.

Can I buy tickets on-site?

Tickets must be purchased in advance at www.BeachsideMediaGroup.com/drivein and will not be sold on-site.

What does it mean to purchase a reserved space and what will that look like?

A reserved space will allow for social distancing next to your vehicle. Each space will be roughly the equivalent of a two car garage. Your reserved space will be divided into 3 areas: one will be utilized as a parking space for your vehicle, the second for your party to enjoy the show outside of your car, and the third as a buffer between your party and the next. Think car, tailgating, buffer.

Can I watch the show outside of my vehicle?

Yes, the tailgating spaces are designed for guests to enjoy the show from outside of their vehicles while adhering to social distancing guidelines. If outside of your vehicle, you must stay within the designated tailgate space and be thoughtful of those around you. Due to local guidelines, commingling between spaces is strictly prohibited.

Does everyone in a vehicle need a ticket?

No, these events are ticketed by car therefore you only need to purchase and present one ticket per car. There is a maximum of 4 people allowed per vehicle/tailgate space.

How many people are permitted per vehicle?

4 people is the maximum allowed per vehicle/tailgate space.

Can I bring a large vehicle?

We are sorry. Buses, large trucks, recreational vehicles, limousines, and other oversized vehicles will not be permitted.

Are spaces reserved or general admission?

Spaces are general admission within each price level (also known as your color zone). Please keep your ticket out and ready to show to our staff at multiple checkpoints until your vehicle is parked. You may not reserve a space for yourself or anyone else next to you.

How are spaces assigned?

Spaces will be assigned by price level (also known as your color zone). Within each color zone, cars will be parked in order of arrival by our parking team.

Are ADA spaces available?

Yes and instructions will be provided at the time of arrival to help with any accommodations. We’re here to help.

Can I bring my own food and beverage?

Yes! While grills, BBQ pits, open fires, tents and the like are not-permitted, you are welcome to bring your own pre-cooked food and beverages. As always, underage drinking will not be tolerated and we insist that you drink responsibly. Designated drivers are always encouraged.

Will food and beverage be provided on-site?

Yes. A simple menu of hot food items and non-alcoholic beverages will be available through a web based ordering system and delivered safely to your space, maintaining social distancing guidelines at all times.

Am I required to wear a mask while attending the show?

Concert goers are not required to wear masks while in their assigned tailgate area, however, masks will be required if leaving your space to use the restroom facilities. Please check back and look out for pre-show communication via email and social as this information is subject to change.

Will restrooms be provided?

Masks are required when outside of your pod. Your safety is our priority and for that reason, restrooms facilities will be sanitized in accordance with current local guidelines.
